Atmosphere: Quiet, still, protected, dim with shafts of sunlight, vines, buttressed trunks, shade, ferns, birds, pointed leaves that shed moisture, lianas making loops and weaving shapes, epiphytic ferns, rich decaying leaf litter, fungi, fallen flowers and fruit. Creeks draining water.
